Innoxa Lush Lashes Mascara

Mascaras are designed to make our lashes look amazing. This mascara is slightly better for your lashes. It is a conditioning mascara that claims to help improve your lashes in 15 days/uses.

I am a mascara junkie, I have tried many types and brands. I have naturally long curled lashes and what I look for in a mascara is mostly volume. I love to pack on the mascara however I know that if I over do it, it can strain my lashes and even sometimes hurt at the root. This obviously is not good for your lashes.

This is probably my first conditioning mascara, I have tried lash conditioners from other brand but never really committed to using them as I always tend to forget to apply them at night. So the idea of having the conditioning properties in a mascara is simply amazing. This mascara contains Widelash which according to a Google search is a product that helps improve the quality of the lashes and anchorage of the lashes. This basically means it will prevent lash fall out and increase lash growth. It claims that results can be seen within 15 days/uses.

The Packaging

The mascara is pretty simple and clean. The product stopper is pretty good at preventing excessive amounts of product end up on your brush, there is always still a bit of excess at the very tip of the brush. The wand is slightly curved and tapered which helps with the application. Coating each lash is a breeze with this brush as it is not too small and not too big. 

My Experience

The formula is not too wet or too dry, people with short or long lashes I feel will benefit from this formula. I found that a layer of mascara dries within the minute. I do not find this mascara is very buildable. The first layer is great to give some volume and lift with a lot of definition. The second layer just provides a little bit more volume. I did not see much difference at the third layer. 

I used this mascara for 20 days, 4 of which I did not as I forgot. I did find that my lashes looked shinier and just looked better, this is obviously without the mascara. I am very gentle when I remove my mascara/eye makeup, however I do find that I lose an eyelash every now and then. When I started using this mascara, I noticed that I did not have as much fall out. I probably only noticed 1 or 2 lashes on one occasion during that 20 day period. 

I have since moved on to try other mascaras for reviews as well. I have noticed that my lashes have stayed in the same condition and no adverse reaction has happened to them when I stopped using it.

Overall

I am extremely impressed at how this mascara performed. As a conditioning product I would rate it a 10/10. As a volumising and lengthening mascara, I would rate it a 6/10. It is a great mascara if you are looking for a natural everyday look which I do like as well but I just prefer amazing volume for my lashes. However this is just preference, I am willing to go for a more natural look for my lashes on a daily basis if it will improve the quality of my lashes. I honestly will return to using this as my daily mascara once I am done reviewing other mascaras. In addition to that, for the price at AUD 19.95 it is pretty affordable.
